  • PSYCHOTHERAPY • ZOOM* $140

    Counseling services for individuals, couples, and families who wish to meet online, and are presently located in California. 

    You'll need fast internet service (to support live streaming), and a computer or mobile device with Zoom installed. If you would like to meet with me online but do not meet these conditions, please contact me to discuss your needs. (The traditional "hour" in psychotherapy is a 50-minute hour.)

    *If you prefer using FaceTime, please let me know before our first session.

  • COACHING (RELATIONSHIP/PERSONAL) • ZOOM* $140

    The practice of partnering with clients in a creative process to help inspire them to maximize their personal and professional potential--it can involve setting goals, creating the outcomes one wishes, and generating personal change. Coaching is *not* psychotherapy, in which the therapist treats mental health issues in either an individual or relationship context. 

    You'll need fast internet service (to support live streaming), and a computer or mobile device with Zoom installed. If you would like to meet with me online but do not meet these conditions, please contact me to discuss your needs. Sessions last 50 minutes.
